7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Customers may modify or cancel orders before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations may not be accepted except as per the returns policy. In case of non-availability or force majeure, NBL may cancel and refund the full amount.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. Payments may be accepted via secure third‑party gateways. In case of pricing errors, NBL may cancel and refund.
9. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery timelines and serviceable areas may change based on conditions, inventory and logistics. Charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. NBL is not liable for delays due to unforeseen events but will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery.
10. Returns
For in-store purchases only, sealed and packed items are eligible for exchange within 7 days with a valid invoice, excluding perishable items, liquor, undergarments or items marked non‑returnable. No returns or exchanges for purchases through the mobile application once delivered.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment source within 3 business days. For cash‑on‑delivery orders, refunds will be credited to the customer’s wallet within 1 day of approval.
12. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide a prominent notice and, where required, seek consent again. Our website/mobile application may link to third‑party websites; NBL is not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

16. Jurisdiction
This Policy and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
